Since 1977, Balt has been designing, manufacturing, and distributing a broad portfolio of neurovascular medical devices for the treatment of strokes, aneurysms and other severe conditions. Since establishing our presence in the United States in 2016, our U.S. manufacturing footprint and commercial activities have grown rapidly, supported by significant infrastructure investments to bring our medical technologies to American patients. These investments support high-skilled jobs – with more than 450 employees in Irvine today and plans to reach 1,200 by 2030 – as well as advanced manufacturing capabilities and a stronger U.S. innovation ecosystem.
