Join Edward R. De La Torre, Ed.D., a published author and an associate editor in peer-reviewed journals on interpersonal dynamics, communication, and other business topics. His research includes health and wellness priorities as they relate to personal grit and mindset, and the effect of peers groups on student success.
Dr. De La Torre earned a Doctorate of Education in organizational leadership from the Chapman University system. His dissertation examined millennial communication styles in the workplace. He holds an MBA and B.A. in business & psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
