Learn how to adapt and leverage your workplace environment; explore basic business practices, etiquette and those professional attitudes and characteristics that will define you; improve your ability to influence, perform, and manage people, expectations, and situations; navigate the demands and expectations of a fast-paced and evolving workplace; explore a variety of workplace cultures and test your abilities to adapt.
Instructor: Dr. Brian Dozer, is the President of Vital Link, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to preparing students for their future careers through experiential learning opportunities in career and technical fields. He also serves as adjunct faculty teaching Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership courses at Webster University Irvine, where he previously was Executive Director. Dr. Dozer is the Co-Chair of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce’s Business & Workforce Development Committee and is on the Board of Directors of the Irvine Forward Foundation.
