Chapman University's Career Networking Night

Chapman University's Office of Career and Professional Development invites you to our Spring Career Networking Night, an in-person event designed to connect our students and recent graduates with recruiters and alumni from top organizations.
During this event, participating organizations can engage in meaningful conversations from their assigned booths, share career insights to attract talent (for the summer or fall) and enhance their brand presence at Chapman. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with students, prospective graduates, and other talented alumni from Chapman, making it the perfect way to wrap up the academic year.
Your registration will include the following:
- Entry for 2 Representatives
- 1 Parking Pass
- Resume Book (Delivered Digitally) of Student Registrants/Attendees
- Refreshments
- Cocktail Table and Tablecloth
- Name tags
Participation Requirements:
- All employers will be screened before approval.
- We recommend that you have at least one (1) approved, paid job or internship opportunity posted to Chapman University's Handshake job board. Please try to promote your organization's open internships and jobs on Handshake by linking your active job postings to your registration in the "open roles" section and accurately completing the questionnaire about the scope of open roles at your organization. This helps students directly identify opportunities with your organization and supports transparency.
- Comply with all Chapman University Recruiting Policies and Guidelines.
- By participating in any on-campus recruiting event, each employer represents for itself, its employees, representatives, agents, and assigns that it has the following: (1) Commercial Form General Liability Insurance, written on an occurrence form, with limits as follows: $1,000,000 Each Occurrence & $2,000,000 General Aggregate and (2) Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by the state of California. Employer's liability with limits of $1,000,000 for bodily injury each accident, by disease; $1,000,000 for bodily injury policy limit; $1,000,000 for bodily injury each employee.
About the Event:
- This distributed mixer-style event will feature cocktail tables (not traditional career fair 6-foot tables).
- This networking night will spotlight Chapman's graduating students seeking post-graduation employment. However, the event is open to all students, so if you are recruiting for paid internship/part-time roles, please come prepared to discuss them.
- This event is not specific to a particular industry and is open to students from all majors and academic programs.
