Foundations of Connection is an 8-week couples therapy group designed to help partners strengthen communication, emotional intimacy and trust using research-based relationship principles.  No matter where you are in your couple relationship, this series of topics and exercises will support you in exploring and improving your communication skills and conflict resolution skills to enhance your emotional connection.
