How To Increase Your Muscle Mass and Fight Osteoporosis

I think everyone does it.
I'm sure you do it everyday...just like me.
Often times I get stuck on Instagram or Facebook and just watch videos.
Videos of people doing crazy things...or even dangerous things like running away from cops. Videos of pranks being done on spouses...or super talented people playing sports.
One thing I'm watching lately are motivational videos.
There are a crazy amount of Kobe Bryant videos because of the recent NBA draft.
- Kobe's first NBA game was on November 3rd, 1996.
- Kobe's work ethic was nuts.
- Kobe was interviewed millions of times because they were looking for the secret sauce that made him great.
And do you know what he kept on saying??
1. "Just Show Up" - It's going to be hard...it's inevitable...but if you just show up every day, you'll reach your goal.
2. "Just Stay Consistent" - It's not always the intensity you give, although great. The most important is you stack days on days on days. Don't be a "yo-yo" and be motivated once in awhile.
3. "Do It Because You Want It" - It's great to be motivated by others, but if you're not committed to yourself and your own goals, you're drive towards your goals will be fleeting.
SIDE NOTE: Do you know the difference between MOTIVATION and COMMITTED? If you're motivated, you'll do what it takes based on how you feel that particular day. Busy at work? Sorry...can't make the workout.
But if you're committed, you'll make it happen no matter what day it is, how you feel, or what you're facing.
I think we all know this...we're all educated individuals.
But the most important job I have is to remind you of what you already know.
(Often times I call myself "Thrive's CRO" (Chief Reminding Officer).
You don't need to learn new things...you need to be reminded of what you already know.
Maybe you just realized it's time to finally take care of yourself...you've been self-less for so long...now it's your time.
