Irvine Micropreneur® Program
Making Progress With Your Small Business In A Difficult Economy
Although the economy has certainly improved from a couple of years ago, many small companies are still struggling economically. This is true across the boards, from innovative startups to Main Street retail businesses. Unlike larger companies, very small companies rarely have access to the financial and intellectual resources available to large corporations. Still, there are steps that a small business can take that are innovative and effective at changing the course of a company for the better.
This program will emphasize action items that can produce results quickly for a small business that can be accomplished with relatively little investment. In particular, the presentation will concentrate on producing a positive result as quickly as possible.
- Discover how to identify the unique business opportunities that exist now
- Identify the “Zero Point”, the most important underlying factor about your business
- Quick fixes that work: fast changes that make a difference
Robert Coleman, Host of the Irvine Micropreneur Program and a small business consultant for over twenty years will present the program.
