What is Presence? Some say it’s the “it” factor some people just have. Others say it’s a natural magnetism. I say it’s your “identity informed” - and with training, it can be developed.
Best offered as “thank you” or as part of a development plan to those team members who have shown promise and desire to expand their leadership effectiveness and adopt the “ABC” process of presence and image management and development.
This two-hour interactive session is designed to introduce the tenants of Professional Presence within a relaxed, non-judgmental environment. Outcomes may include follow-up sessions of 1:1 coaching, or ½ or full-day training sessions with a deeper dive into discussions and targeted training.
This presentation will be catered to the particular make-up of the team invited (executive staff, senior or middle management, promising performers - or a combination).
