FivePoint Communities Receives ''Best Master Planned Community of the Year'' Award for Pavilion Park

Irvine, California (January 23, 2015) – FivePoint Communities received one of the real estate industry’s highest honors this week as Pavilion Park, the first of the Great Park Neighborhoods, was named “Best Master Planned Community of the Year” in the country by the National Association of Homebuilders.

Called “The Nationals,” the awards presented in Las Vegas at the International Builders Show recognize and honor the year’s most outstanding work in residential real estate sales, marketing and design. It is the nation's largest competition for new home sales and marketing professionals and communities.

Pavilion Park was lauded for unique design elements that reinforce that “life will be different here” through the use of trails, mature trees, a large central park, greenhouse and outdoor entertainment areas.

FivePoint Communities also received a Platinum Award for “Best Community Facility” for Pavilion Park’s visitor terrace and greenhouse as part of the Best in American Living awards. Presented in conjunction with The Nationals, the Best in American Living awards are presented to the most creative and innovative builders, remodelers, architects, developers and land planners in the nation.
